[ T&C ]Terms and Conditions
-
By accessing the artingtravel.com website, requesting a quote, or confirming a booking with Arting Travel ("Arting Travel," "we"), you (the "Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
-
Arting Travel is a boutique travel agency founded by Manuel Granados, affiliated with KHM Travel Group. Arting Travel acts as an intermediary between the Client and third-party travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, ground operators, car rental companies, travel insurers, among others). Arting Travel does not own or directly operate these services; our role is to advise, design, and coordinate the travel experience on the Client's behalf.
-
Every booking is treated as a request subject to availability and final confirmation by the relevant supplier.
A deposit may be required to secure a booking; the amount and final payment due date will be communicated in writing at the time of quoting.
Prices are quoted in the indicated currency and may change up until final confirmation, subject to availability, exchange rates, taxes, and fuel surcharges set by suppliers.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of the booking by the supplier, subject to the supplier's own policies.
-
Cancellation, change, and refund policies are established by each individual supplier (airline, hotel, cruise line, operator, etc.) and not by Arting Travel. These policies will be communicated to the Client prior to confirming the booking and are subject to the supplier's terms. Arting Travel may charge a separate administrative fee for managing changes or cancellations requested by the Client.
-
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering cancellations, trip interruption, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Arting Travel may offer insurance options through third-party providers, but the decision to purchase coverage and its terms are solely between the Client and the insurer.
-
It is the Client's sole responsibility to hold a valid passport, obtain any required visas, and meet the health and entry requirements of each destination. Arting Travel may provide general guidance but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of such information, which may change without notice from the relevant authorities.
-
Arting Travel acts solely as an intermediary and travel agent. We shall not be liable for acts, omissions, breaches, negligence, delays, cancellations, overbooking, lost luggage, injury, damage, illness, or death caused by independent travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and ground operators, whose own terms of service will govern such provision.
-
Arting Travel shall not be liable for failures arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, government actions, strikes, pandemics, civil unrest, or any other force majeure event.
-
All content on the artingtravel.com website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Arting Travel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction in whole or in part without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The handling of the Client's personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the website, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
-
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without giving effect to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Broward County, Florida.
